national coloring book dayNot all of us can afford supplies to participate in National Coloring Book Day. And some of us have more than we will ever use. Head to your local library, hospital, school, women’s shelter or charity, and donate your extras. You will give joy to someone.

Alternatively, consider giving your time to an organization that needs some extra hands. Head over to Volunteer Match to find a cause that is meaningful to you.

Step Outside Your Comfort Zone with Some New Coloring Books

In need of some fresh inspiration? Get a new, interesting coloring book that is different from what you usually gravitate to. For example, do you love to learn? Try a science-y coloring book!

    Tomorrow on National Coloring Day and I will be coloring with my granddaughter Karina and great granddaughter Hallie

  2. Well, I missed it. I wasn’t even aware there was any such thing as national coloring book day. Next year I’ll be ready and maybe have a party!

  3. I colored all day! I bought my first Halloween grayscale color book. I enter lots of coloring challenges so I need books for every holiday and now I have one.
